Location: Corning, Iowa | What size of screw eyes do you lure makers use? Is there much difference between 72, and 92s? If you use long eyes, wouldn't either one work? Thanks Doug |

Location: Land of the Musky | Go with 092 and use epoxy cement. HEB sells them in bulk and you can save a lot from buying small lots.

Location: Land of the Musky | They are good to work with but are a little in the dark ages You have to fax your order in. Well worth going ot the grocery store and using the fax though. They will save you a lot of money buying screw eyes if you go through 1000 or more at a time. |

I'm interested what sizes of eyescrews they have and what's the minimum oder? Few thousand would be fine for me if they send those to Europe too. |

And so many of you say epoxy them in. I don't think its at all needed if your working in hardwood and don't have predrilled holes too big> I never had a screweye pull out of one of my baits.

Location: Land of the Musky | To Don's point. I do cement in my screw eyes BUT I have wanted to modify some lures in the past and when I tried to get my cemented in screw eyes out all I did was destroyed the screw eye ruining the bait so make sure your done once you cement those screw eyes in or you won't get them out! |

| When I re-do lures that need the screw eyes taken out, I will heat the screw eye first. That seems to help with removal. |
