Has anyone here fished Sugar lake in annondale/clearwater MN. I am a college student and its the only real muskie lake near by and I'm going to try it out.
Thanks for any help you may have.

I personally have not done anything there the last few days except one nice pike. But I agree, trolling will land a fish at some point. But I hate trolling....

Walleye Bulldawg... cabbage. I usually park the boat in 16-18 FOW... but fall is a little diff... find the leftovers. A lot of guys get 'em on jigs out there in the fall as well... but I guess that's pretty much what a Bulldawg is.

Apparently I said too much, BOWMAN doesn't like it when I give away his spots.

I lost one the other day somewhere in the mid 40's. I had him on for almost a minute, but it ws not hooked well and eventually got off before I got her to the boat. Nice fat looking fish. That was on a glide bait. It nailed it. No hesitation. good luck out there. i hope to get back tomorrow. Clint
