Where are you headed this weekend? Sue is on her way to a friends Bridal shower in Texas, and Keith and I are headed to Ashland to visit Brian and shoot a few NW WI deer. My Wisconsin Rods are hung up for the year...looking forward to Indiana Dec 1&2 if the weather holds. Friday of next week we are due for a serious freeze here, forecast at a low of 9 degrees.

Well, hunting around home with my dad for the weekend. I'm hoping I can tag out in the first hour like last year, but not counting on that. It's only happened to me once in nine seasons of gun hunting. However, I've had my opportunities. But hopefully a little bit of fishing time later next week if the weather holds out.

Fox River Valley MI Chapter 39 Indiana outing this weekend fishing the North Webster area with many club members!

Come join us if you are down that way for a good time and Friday night we will get together at The Lodge to talk strategy.

Not sure exactly where I'll be yet this weekend, but I'll be on the water somewhere...be it with myself or someone else. This weekend is always a fun one to be on the water as you're usually the only boat out on any lake.
Good luck to everyone....hunters and fishermen/women, Jake

The woods. Lori is sitting in her ground blind, while our grandbaby Vanessa sits with me in mine. i guess i have to pack a cot, sleeping bag, coloring books, crayons, toys, snax, juice boxes, earmuffs for when that big honkin .50 cal muzzleloader barks (Sweet Caroline), etc.

Good luck and safety to what ever anyone is in pursuit of this weekend!

Up in the air, as of this moment. Might well have to go home to a funeral, in which case it would be Merritt reservoir. If not, I'm going to head south to Pomme with my brother.

Will be in the woods with my kids looking for the mighty whitetail. Daughter has basketball practice in the afternoon so might take the boys to Lake Redstone and see if we can find a musky. That sure would be cool to score a deer in the morning and a musky in the afternoon with my best hunting and fishing partners!

About 30' up in a tree by the wonderful town of Lily, WI.

Deer hunting, the only thing I will get up at 4:30 in the morning for.

I'll be as close to Black as I can be without fishing it, sitting in my tree stand getting the great lake-effect windburn on my face (it's already there >.<) I might make it out lungin' 2 more times tops this year...but I'm already hoping for some good ice to get the haunting memories of this summers muskies out of my head.

can't forget about dem packers though, gosh i love dem packers
