| I decided on Eagle Lake for our Sept. 08 trip. Thanks for the advice. Has anyone fished the South Eastern areas of Eagle, Nevin and Osbourne bays? Has anyone stayed at Century Lodge in that area? Thanks for any info or tips. Rick |

Location: Lake Tomahawk, Musky Central, USA | Think I went up there with my dad for 6 years in a row and stayed on the big lake in Littleneck bay @ Evergreen...we made a couple trips the last few times down to osbourne and nevin...whole new scenery but you can fish it the same way you fish any other place out there...rocks rocks rocks....My most memorable moment down there was when Bob Mesakomer's(sp) scout boat asked us to move from a spot because they were raising a big fish there and wanted to catch it on film! hahaha. We saw a lot of BIG fish down there but never boated one...they seemed more trained then the fish in Muskeg or by colemans reef and napps hole. |

Location: Lake Tomahawk, Musky Central, USA | Yeah dark water, bright baits/surface baits....big ghost tails and suicks will do just fine.
Fish all the falls you can find, and ever single underwater bus sized rock. Keep your eyes open too.

Location: On your favorite spot | Hi Rick, only been to Osbourne in the early season. Dark water - use bright colored baits.
When the rest of the lake was slow in the springtime we went to Osborne and found fish up in the shallows in the slop. Guess I'd start with my firetiger suick if i went back, or a surface bait, which worked the first time. Double 10s weren't around a few years ago when we were there but I'd throw one of them too. Sorry I'm no expert on locations, but at that time any little cups or bays with weedgrowth was the key.

| Thanks for the info. This is probably the best forum that I have signed on to. Lots of friendly advice. My group are novice Musky fisherman and we appreciate any and all help as far as lures,presentation, ect. Thanks Rick |
