anyone been out on metonga or roberts lake in forest county this week ?
going up for the weekend and debating on whether I should drag the tuffy up for one last musky hunt

haven't been to Roberts this year, but it's great water and sports pretty good Muskie fishing. I like that lake icefishing, too!

hi steve,
we are actually on arbutus in forest cty. but the lake is so low I am not even gonna try and put in, piers are already out etc..
I fished roberts about 3 weeks ago, and lake must have been turning over, didnt mark or see a thing.
though i did get a couple strikes and there was one hell of a gnat hatch happening..
I think I'll just drag the boat up and try again... love fishing that water.
