Location: Otsego, MN | I was just wondering for those of you that have been fishing this bait, if you have noticed a difference in your number of fish lost. I think the double Cowgirl is one of the best baits ever made and the hook up % I have had with them has been great. I have lost and know a few people who have experienced more lost fish with the supermodel (double 13's) than they have caught. A week ago we hooked and lost probably 8 fish and boated 2 on the bait. Is it just bad luck, or are you guys seeing a difference as well.
The fish sure like the bait! |

Location: Yahara River Chain | Maybe using the heavier stiffer rod doesn't allow to get the hooks to penetrate and to hold them pin? Maybe using your rod in your dominate hand would help? Just a thought.
