Location: ne53 | I've always wondered what you guys charge to custom paint a bait. A simple paint job like black body and orange belly, or a more intensive life like job. If you do not want to publicly display your charge you can leave a PM. |

Location: Freedom, WI | I do not really charge extra for simple custom color combinations, if it gets a little elaborate I might add a little (maybe a buck or two). It just takes a little extra time as I usually do enough baits to make it worth while to spin my drying rack for clear coating. I do not do the lifelike ones like some of the artists here, and they are artists that happen to build muskie baits. |

For that type of paint job do it yourself. Hobby shop paint will cost you a lot less than shipping baits around and paying for a painter.

| those are standards. Forus the only up-charge would be a 12 inch bait opposed to a 5 inch bait.. that color could be spray bombed easily. |
