Posts: 2361 | Ugly at the end!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Editor's note: When you want to tag a You Tube or other video, as you play it on You Tube, etc. there is an 'embed code' displayed to the right of the video window. Copy and paste that code into your post here and the video will play on command from that window, saving a trip to You Tube. FSF didn't come to Wisconsin to fish with me this year, so I HAVE to head south this winter, and that's that.

Posts: 32955 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I think it's a Moray Eel. Nasty critter.

Posts: 457 | I fished the salt an awful lot growing up, and we actually had eels on the reef that were like pets. They would come out, and inspect. Granted, we never stuck our hands/fingers faces anywhere near them, but they were really pretty docile. HOWEVER, after you've seen what a Moray can do to a small cuda or a yellowtail that you have hooked, it makes you completely rethink any of that. They aren't' bad at all provided you give them their space.
