| Has anyone used Jim Murphy (Murph) on Leech Lake before? I'm thinking of booking him for early June. I've never fished with a musky guide before and am hoping for a good experience. I don't want to start any bashing, but am looking to know if I can expect a great experience.
Thanks! |

| Murph knows the lake as good as anybody and puts some real nice fish in the boat.
I've never fished with him, but I have talked to him a bunch and will guarantee that you will have a good time fishing with him. He has no shortage of great stories to tell.

| I'll echo what the Bald Man said, Murph will show you a great time on the water. Lots of knowledge and probably has 'em all named!!! Steve |

Location: algonquin Illinois | I hired Jim two years ago on Leech. Had bad conditions and weather. Jim worked hard to get us on fish. Didn't happen But he sure tried! Showed us alot about the lake and some great spot to try the rest of the week. Fishing was tough but we did raise a 48" on one of Murphy's spots a few days later. He was great to fish with. If I get up to leech again I'll definitely give Murph a call.
