Which lure will be the top producer in 2007 overall? Gotta make sure I have one.

Sunfish, I think the big double bladed spinners will be the top producers this year; lots of them sold this winter.

after seeing thathe post on double spinners I had to ask myself whats the big deal about them. Its certainly nothing new as many of us have had them in our tackle boxes for years., Why should the new ones be any better then the ones we are allready throwing?

Get enough people throwing a certain bait and it will become your biggest producer. Stick with the ol' reliables and your results will probably be the same as if you are constantly adding hype baits.

yeah exactly like.the colors 450 is awesome for all condition.my best big fish bait,last year i have caught a solid 41 pounder on it

The Fargo-Moorhead Chapter of Muskies Inc. put 40 fish at 50 inches or better in the boat this year. I believe a lot of those were caught on Bulldawgs and oversize double-bladed inline spinners. I pretty much wore out the water with a regular sized Shumway Flasher, but for some reason it never drew any interest. It looks exactly the same, just smaller, but last year they wanted the bigger baits. I would expect a great number of fish to be caught on the large double-bladed spinners again this year, simply due to the fact that WAY more people will be throwing them. (Including me).

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say the top lure for 2007 will be the one with hooks on it...

My top producer will probably be a 6" minnow bait or a bulldawg of some sort. Been the pattern for the past 2 - 3 years now for me...

just about any lure in front of a hungry fish seems to work......
but being versitle will up your catches......confidence is pretty important
