| it sounds like there's a pretty big bunch of people heading to the BBQ shindig down in the Milwaukee area...anybody with different plans care to share where they're planning to start the season?
on Saturday i'm heading up to Petenwell, we should have 3 boats in our group. hopefully that'll help us to figure things out quickly and get on the fish.
on Sunday it'll probably be a bit more local, maybe Redstone, L. Wisconsin or just stay on the home lakes here in Portage.
what about you?

Location: Richland Center, WI. | I was thinking about Redstone but my daughter has a softball tournament that day. I will have to see what time she plays, maybe I can get out at o dark thirty and give it a shot. Hey Lambeau, how about some thoughts on Redstone? Have not heard from you yet! Ken |

Location: Appleton | I spend opening day on Little Green Lake every year and never catch anything. I guess I should use a jig and minnow since I've seen the walleye guys catch them. Or maybe try a different lake. I very much have a love hate relationship with this lake...more hate I guess. Best of luck this up coming season. |

| Original plan was to head to Pewaukee again this year to visit Sanks and Bruce. Unfortunately, due to some time constraints for some important appointments on Saturday, that won't happen.
Instead, our crew will be staying in the area on Saturday. Haven't decided exactly what lake yet, depends on the weather. Me and the Mrs will be meeting the Slamr's on Sunday too. We'll have to see how Saturday plays out.
