I have a 90 hp outboard, I started it last weekend hooked up to the garden hose. I noticed after I let it idle for several minutes and shut it off, there was a small amount of oil running down the skeg? Looked to be coming out around the prop. Is this normal?
Thanks

Take the prop off and check for fishing line. Sounds like a seal problem.

It could also be exhaust oil, that happens some. Look at the seal as Bukes suggested, make sure it's intact.

I would bet it is just the remnants of the fogging oil that has taken on some of the exhaust that is on the interior of the lower unit. Nothing to worry about.
