When you make a post, there will be a box that you need to check for an attachment. If you have a picture saved to "My Pictures" or anywhere on your computer, you should be able to simply go to this attachment option after you post and find the picture in your files that you want to attach. Not the best explanation, but it's pretty simple to do.
