I asked lee the same thing and he told me that he was out of them right now and should be making some soon. he said to email him to order one. I do not believe that they are in stores yet.

Hey Guys,
I think you guys are talking about his Double Chopper. I ordered one from him
at the Muskie Expo in Blaine and I haven't recieved it yet. Maybe he's working
on them now. I'm looking forward casting these this summer.

Hey all,

Thought I would chime in and let you know that it is not me that is causing the delay of the "Double Choppers". My wood guy has had a couple of other projects going but promises me that I will have them soon! Sorry for those of you that are waiting... I am as well. As soon as I have them they will be sent out. I will have them in loon and black w/orange flames.

As far as a mag "Chopper". I have only made one and have caught some fish on it. The regular one almost fishes like a big bait. The sound of the bait is very easy to hear in big waves. So many baits, so little time.

Also, soon I will have my first run of "Top H2O H.D.'s". They are a 20% larger version of the original. For those of you that like surface baits in rough water. I used this size last year on Mille Lacs with instant succes. Took about ten minutes to catch the first 48"er on it. Those will be in loon color for sure and maybe one more.

So there you have it. I know most of us are getting itchy. Good luck if you are already getting out!

Thanks,

Lee Tauchen

thanks a ton for the pics; everyone keeps talking about them and I just wanted to see what they look like. Are those creepers new for '07? I can see that they are from this year, but this is the first time i have seen them anywhere and was just wondering if he just started making them.
