Are they all the same? Quality wise, anyway? Thanks. Also, any Honda owners go with NGK's??

If you go to www.sparkplugs.com they have a configurator that will show you all the plugs across several brands that work with your motor.

NGK, for sure, good quality plugs. don't over tork, and make sure the gap is right.

I am not sure about the Honda's but you shouldn't put anything else in Optis.

Theres always a big debate about which plugs are best...but I've never seen any evidence showing one over the other.

Use whatever is recommended by the motor manufacturer. Check to see if there are any TSB's that would update that.

There are differences in plugs. My truck won't run 50,000 miles with non Motorcraft plugs. My old Merc 25 HP liked nothing but NGK's. My sleds seemd to like Champions. Go figure. I guess when you been around as long, and had as many different motors, you kinda see subtle differences on how motors run with different plugs, gas, oil, etc.

Just found out today when I turned in the broken plug, that this was not the first one they had seen. And this has been happening more lately than ever. I need to carry spare ones with me and I believe I will carry NGK's with me for backup. These Denso's will not get another chance with me.
