Location: Southern W.Va. | First musky, 26 1/2" musky from Middle Island Creek here in W.Va. Caught on a #11 rapala silver/ black while bass fishing.
First one while fishing for musky. 32 " tiger musky from Stephens Lake in southern W.Va. on a J-13 perch colored rapala. Saw the fish by a log while bass fishing and came back the next day with the biggest lure that I owned at the time. Man , times sure change, the rush doesn't !!

Location: Lake Vermilion Tower, MN | I caught my first on the only lure that I owned at the time.
The original red and white Daredevil. I can't tell you how big she was, but for a 9 year old kid it was the largest fish I had ever seen. My friends helped me to cary it home because we all thought it was a pike. I hadn't ever seen a Muskie before that day on the Mississippi, in downtown Mpls.
