Location: Racine, Wi | I sent a PM to Reelman about some reels the other day. He told me to shoot them to Abu. I sent them out Tuesday afternoon with a note describing the problems. Today, there was a nice brown box waiting for me when I got home with two brand new reels.
Great cusomer service indeed. Thanks as well Reelman!!!! I really appreciate it. |

| tuffy, glad it worked out for you. I spent 4 years in Abu's reel repair before moving to sales and must say that the attitude there is trully that the customer comes first. |

Can the Abu service center still rebuild a 6600 pro max or is it out dated? |

| A ProMax 6600 should be no problem for them at all. Abu is the only reel company I know that stocks probably 95%+ of all parts that Abu ever made. |

Location: W. PA. | Reelman, any idea what happened to the schematic page on abu's website? I was there this morning looking for a few parts I need for a couple reels I just picked up and couldn't get on the page. I know they rebuilt the webpage a while back but I thought that was a year ago.
Edit. It's back up now, found everything.
