Posts: 89 Location: Breezy Point, MN | Hi all, I just want to remind everyone that visits this web site and lives within driving distance of Columbus, Ohio that we truly need to support the Ohio Muskie Show this year. Pittsburgh lost their show this year due to poor attendance and other reasons, and we do not want to see that happen in Ohio. The vendors all spend a lot of money to travel and set up and pay for their booths at these shows, and if there is poor attendance, they will not be back next year. This is now the only true musky show remaining in the Eastern US. PLEASE spread the word and get your fellow anglers/club members to show up in strong numbers. We have plenty of musky anglers out east here, and we just need to rally behind show promoter Ross Wagner's efforts here in Ohio and support him 110%. The East really needs a Musky Show, and if we lose the Columbus Show, we have all lost the ability to gather with vendors and pros, look at the new products, and talk musky fishing in the dead of winter. These unique shows allow everyone to see all the newest baits, talk to the various manufacturers, and take in informative seminars. You do not get this type of opportunity every day, and for a minimal entry fee, one can learn a lot and outfit themselves with the latest in gear, etc. Please bring a friend, and/or a newcomer to musky fishing, and support our regional musky show in Columbus this year. Posts: 663 | Excellent points Tom. I'll be there with the Rollie & Helen's booth. You're absolutely right about vendors concerns. There are three different shows going on that weekend that we are exhibiting at and I can tell you that in order to make it worth while to continue to bring staff and 60 feet or more of product a long distance the show has to be profitable. This show has been a lot of fun the last few years and I love the enthusiasm of the Ohio musky folk. Ross and his staff always work their butts off to make it a good show and I really hope people will support it. See ya there.

Posts: 9 | This has been a great little show for me and I hope to see it continue. In fact it was my best show for product sales for 2006. Look forward to seeing everyone there. Doug Kloet http://www.muskymagictackle.com

Location: Athens, Ohio | I spoke with Jim Willison of Willy's Bucktails last weekend, he also plans on having a booth at the show. He's always had some fine looking biats, this year he's jumped on the Big Blade Bandwagon and has some amazing double tails for sale. Be worth a look-see. m

I just moved to Columbus about 6 months ago and just heard about the Columbus Musky Show last night. And what's better, its only 7 miles from my house so I will be there. I do not get out fishing as much as most of you (job, wife, and baby daughter), but I do go up with my Dad and Uncle for a week of musky fishing to Canada every year. I love the hunt and can't wait to take part in the show this weekend. -Thanks Matt

Posts: 20229 Location: oswego, il | I will be there, the venue is by far the best musky show venue being at the buckeye hall of fame. What a cool place. Saturday night swap and I am sure there will be a Tony Grant birthday celebration someplace as well!
