8PM Central! Every year this is one of the best chat sessions of the season, make sure to make it if you can. Or, if you cant, still do.

He was awfully tight lipped about the seasoned flour he dredges the whitefish in on Fish Fry night at the lodge. Can't say I blame him. A good recipe should be held close to the fishing vest.

Strombolis tomorrow, the dough is on the rise.

Did you guys put a post a link to the entire Chat session with Steve like you've done with the others? If so, I can;t find it anywhere. Thanks!

Nupe,
Good question, and the answer is no, not yet. I will be attempting to get it cleaned up and put up on the site before the end of the weekend.

Slamr,

Cool. With the snow storm down here, things were hectic and I missed it live. I'll keep my eye out for it. Thanks for the fast response!

Thanks Andrew, I missed it too because of our club meeting, so I can't wait to see your masterfully cleaned up transcript over this long weekend. My girls had two snow days this week, they were off today and they are off Monday. It's good to be a kid!
