Guys: Still can't "reply".

Joel: Lady is a new owner. Book she is referring to is probably one of mine. Previous owner had several to sell. She is wrong about the scale.

Zack: Still no go. Here is message: Error while processing your request. You can try submitting your request again by clicking the Retry button.

Unable to copy the other info you wanted. I clicked on "reply" and immediately got the above error message.
