| The same company makes Power Pro and Tuff Line, although I don't really know what their differences are other than color. I haven't seen Tuff Line in any color other than white/black. Maybe in other areas they sell different colors than that? Both of those are good choices. |

I didn't think this was right as Power Pro is made by Innovative Textiles and Tuf Line is made by Western Filament. But I just looked at boxes for each and addresses for both companies are listed as Grand Junction, CO. Interesting.
I've used Tuf Line for probably the last 12 years with no problems at all. However, when it's time to respool I'm going to try Cortland, either Spectron or Masterbraid. Feedback I've received has me convinced to give it a try.

| 36lb Musky Master Dacron, Yep, Dacron, for jerkbaits and 30lb Musky Mono for everything else. In spring, I like 30lb Stren Magnathin line. Talk about old school,ay. Kdawg |

It casts great, doesn't need to be "broken in", doesn't turn you thumb green, doesn't hold water like normal Tuff, and it's cheaper then most super braids. |

Location: Athens, Ohio | I've been liking the Spiderwire original braid.
Any line I cast will backlash, I like this stuff because the tangles seem to come out easy and fast. Other lines I've tried are like waxed dental floss, there's not so much coating on the Spider line. m |

| Been using Spectron for years with no problems! This year I am using the Bronzeback due to the even better water repellency than the Spectron. |
