Subject: Color of Polarized lenses for dusk conditions?

Hi everyone...

I've been pondering this for a while. I currently have a set with the "backwater green" lenses in them, but I have always wondered if there is a good lens out there that works better during lower light conditions. I feel blind without my polarized lenses on, but I would like to make things brighter in the evening overall....the green lenses are just a touch too dark. What have you found...or maybe better, what color lens would you recommend?

A nice yellow would be good, but I don't think a polarized lens is possible in that color...

I have yellow glass in one of my pair.
Yellow is best for lowlight/cloudy days
Grey is best for sunny days
Red/brown is the best overall color (if youre gonna have only one pair.)

I have a pair of the H30 Surge, and I definitely love the light yellow lens that comes with them for dusk. My favorite overall lens would be the Amber colored one that comes with the H30s ; really easy to see into the water under a majority of conditions.

with the yellow lenses, can you still see better "into" the water for follows or does that kind of wash-out at all?

Thanks for the repsonses so far...

I also like the yellow lenses also under dark conditions. Here is a relatively cheap option for polarized sunglasses with yellow lenses. I have a pair and I really like them.

if you can't afford the H3O's Booyah orange works pretty good and won't bankrupt yo if you have to replace them. They work pretty good as driving glasses at night also.

I use the amber lenses that come with the H30's all day long. I'll sometimes switch over to the yellow at dusk, but the amber works quite well. You can also order individual pieces ( specific lenses, additional frames ) from their website, just in case you lose a pair in the water or if you want to put you additional lenses into a frame.
