| Well I finally got sick of fuzzy duzzits and figured I could make more desireable for my needs. It took all of 45 seconds worth of jigging to find out I was succssful in my attempt. It was exciting in the sense that this was by far (and probably forever will be) the quickest confirmation that a bait I created works. Though it was only 36" I thaught it was cool and wanted to share it (lost a much bigger fish later on - apparently I need to learn to stop talking as much in the boat and focus more on fishing). Just wanted to share my most recent sucess story for anyone just getting into lure making over this winter.
The baits a little bigger than a fuzzy, starts immediatly thumping on the upswing, and travels well on the drop.
