Ok Ok so it isn't a musky report..fooled ya! CPainter and I went out on Waubesa in Madison today and played with the gils...if it weren't for the Marcum 560 underwater camera it sure would have been tough..talk about finnicky! After I caught about 20 Cory made me put the camera in the far hole so he could see his bait too...as he wasn't gettin em! pooor guy....
Sure was fun to watch pike, gils, crappies, suckers and bass on the camera!

Anyone that does alot of ice fishing should take a look at Marcums cameras..they rock!

Ended up keeping 20 nice ones...could have kept more but not a big fan of cleaning them...

back out tomorrow for more...

They sure were finicky! Its also hard to notice the hair like bites when I am watching HIS bait on the TV!!! Just way more fun doing it that way....

I have a vexlar, but it is NOTHING compared to watching the finicky gills suck in your bait. We could actually watch them suck in half of the bait and not set the hook till they fully sucked it in....defininately like cheating....I had used them before...but has been a couple years...forgot how fun they are!!

They sure werent finicky here in point. But there also werent many nice ones. After a full day fishing we ended up with 18 medium gills and a nice crappie. Over the course of the day I probably threw back about 75 tiny little guys. Was non stop action all day which is always fun! Might go in the morning before the Packer game, but might sleep in too.

Hey guys,
Would you mind adding this report over at IceFIRST? We get quite a few questions about ice action in that area.

Thanks!
