May 26, 2007 is the North zone opener.

Location: Brookfield, WI | Have some kids, it makes the days fly by. Seems like the Packers got crushed just yesterday, yet here it is, already Wednesday. Just four more days until they get crushed again, and those four days will only seem like two days, or even a day and a half.

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Addict, you have a tendency to make me think too hard. Is opener just around the corner at 171 days? In my lifetime, 171 days is a blip on the radar screen.
It's going to be a GREAT winter! And the muskies are awaiting you here in Rhinelander, so right away, there's something to look forward to. MAybe we can convince GMG to join us. There'd be a trio to draw to.
By the way, it was the freaking battery. New battery at the dealership, and Vroooom. |

| You gotta be kidding me Steve... We could have borrowed the trolling motor battery! And then borrowed it back, to and fro, on every spot...
I am looking forward to Rhinelander, looking forward to Presque Isle, the Pewaukee Classic, our club's Spring Tournament on the Fox Chain, Opening day, and trips yet unplanned. As always, I will find myself on the water thinking "wow, seems like last weekend we were out here, and that was what, 6 months ago??"
171 days isn't exactly a blip on the radar screen, but it sure goes by faster than it did 10 or 20 (or *cough* 30) years ago!

Location: Marshfield, WI | Since northern WI opens 3 weeks later than southern zone, than that is 21 days. So it is only 150 until the southern zone opens.
