| I currently have a Lakewood. I have been very happy with it. I really like the Dunwright tackle systems. They are very well thought out. My next box will most likely be a Dunwright. Check them out www.dunwrighttackle.com

Location: Iowa | I have a Dunwright, a Bibs Bait Box Large Troller and a Lakewood...of those 3 I would have to say the Dunwright is the heaviest but holds a ton of lures, the Lakewood is nice but lacks the storage I want and the Bibs is really open and also holds a ton of baits...my buddy has the smaller Bibs Boxs Rack Style and if I could start again I would probably get those...Thorne's Brothers has them in 3 styles, Rack, Pocket and Large Troller...might be something to look into and they aren't too terribly expensive...

Location: MPLS, MN | I REALLY like the Plano 3730 boxes. I store them under the seat so it makes more room. I also buy those dunright 3 bait storage compartments, I velcro them to the sides of the boat for easy access to the lures I'm most likely to use and they don't get tangled up laying around the boat. If I need something else I reach under the seat for a plano box. |

Location: Lebanon,Mo | i would love to have a real box,but im so afraid that some low life would help himself to it sitting in the boat when we make a pitstop for potty or something. i use the clear boxes in the boat stored in a compartment.its a lttle more hassle,but some dont realize the amount of money sitting in the boat for someone to carry off!!??? that is my thought. |

Location: searchin for 50 | I use the planos too. Ialso have atube thing for around the base of my pedestal seat. Also a big pile of lures in the front of the boat. It seems no matter what kind of tackle boxes I have I always end up with that big pile there.  |

| I have to second the Captain Harry's Tackle Tamer boxes. I used to have lakewoods but they tangle too bad, you can't see what you're pulling out, and they fade over time. With Captain Harry's box you can see the bait you want to get out and there isn't the tangled mess. Really good for boat jumping too, just grab it, throw a few baits in it and go! Great box and a great guy! |

| I like the Plano 7915. I pull half the cubbies to create a dry storage for the needlenose & other tools, thermos, flask, etc. It still holds 25 baits (or more if you double up the slim ones) which should be plenty for a well planned full day on the water. It's light and sturdy--an extra chair for the stowaway you find after launching. Less than $50. |
