Hope all is well.
My wife just bought me the above stated unit. I have searched the archives, and would like any tips, pointers etc.. on the unit that you guys can give me. Thanks very much

Well is there something particular that you would like to know about? I have the regular Garmin Etrex, great unit! I would suggest to you if you want to cut the learning curve a little, I know you can buy "how to use videos" from Fleet Farm. May sound stupid but the video really explains the features very well. Just my thought.

Not a bad idea. I don't know what to ask as of yet, I have not even powered it on.
Thanks TJ.

Let me know if you can't find the video, I have one at home that I would be happy to lend you.

Ryan,

Bring it with you to P.I. next year, then after spending time in the bar with me you'll be able to find your way back to your room.
