My mother-in-law mentioned one of her coworkers talked to her about Cedar Point Lodge on Eagle Lake, and indicated they would maybe interested in heading up there next year. So obviously I'm excited about the chance of a Canada trip next year. Anybody have any feedback on the place? My mother-in-law came away impressed with what her co-worker said. Also, how would you describe the fishery on Eagle Lake both for muskies and other species, especially in the area of the Lodge? From the best I can figure I think the resort is located on Vermilion Bay of the lake. Given its probably gonna end up being a "family" vacation I"m guessing a July week would most likely be the timeframe.

Thank you.

There are lots of nice fish in the Vermillion Bay area around the islands. I know because I saw some of them. I didn't catch any of them, but I did see them.
