My rain gear has a nasty mildew spell to it ... My question is since washing them is not advised due to stretching the fibers and causing them to leak. How can I get that smell out ?

Thank you in advance.

Try gentle hand washing or soak them in Oxy-clean for about an hour then rinse.

(just remember that if you do have to use the Oxy-clean - or any other product advertised on infomercials - you must yell the entire time that you are using it or I don't think it works right)
