Seeking advice on repairing a couple of my top raiders:.................. the balast that was glued in front portion has broke loose thus causing a slight keel and random rolling. I thought I'd just drill a hole in the top of the back behind the head or a little back from the eyes, reset balast so it seats in belly, and fill either with expandable foam or maybe a dab of gorilla glue and reseal up the drill hole.

Where should the balast be positioned? Closer to head or nearer the tail of the front body section?
