| A buddy of mine is looking at a new 07 115 hp evrinrude etec outboard. He has a price of around $8500.00. Just curious if this is a good price or kind of the going price for that engine. |

| I'd say that's a pretty good price if it's brand new, no hours, warranty, etc. |

Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Make sure that price includes the necessary guages and rigging, including controls and cables. |

| Thanks Steve,
I think he said the price was "installed". |

| Wow....that price includes installation time and labor? Uh..yeah...I'd say that's a pretty sweet deal. Where's he getting this deal from? After tax season next Spring...if there's a end-of-the-year bonus and a tax return...I'd like to look into something of this nature, quieter, more fuel efficient, etc, vs. my '97 two-stroke, granted, yes, I do realize the etecs are two-stroke motors as well, just much newer technology that rivals the new four-strokes... |
