| My guess is the rather rare color which collectors like. I sold a depthraider on ebay earlier this year that was a rare color and it fetched nearly $60 bucks. |

those two guys are not buying lures like that to fish with... that is what you call a "collectable" lure... that color was probably a show color or something making it rare and allegedly worth around what it sold for... |
