Location: S.E. Wisconsin | Hey folks just wondering if anybody has ever had any problems with Tica's Picies model reel? I won it at a tournament and it never seemed to work right, on a cast it seems like the "clicker is on and it casts like $%2& any suggestions on repair or junkin it would be appreciated. |

| If it is clicking on the cast, take it apart and check and see if somthing is out of wack. If it is just not casting far and not clicking on the cast, check the cast controll buttons on the inside, they may all be on {pulled out causing more friction, I think there is six, I use three in the on position}.Good luck Doug |

| Not sure but if you've removed the side plate and not put it back right, that could be the problem. They are touchy, the thumb bar needs to be up all the way when you place the plate.
I can tell you that TICA has very good customer support. I had a problem with one of mine and they took care of me straight away. so don't junk it just yet, talk to them.

Location: S.E. Wisconsin | Thanks for the advice ill give them a call, now that you mention it the button does not engage sometimes maybe it was previously taken apart and not put back together properly. |

| a simple solution.....usually if u turn ur reel sideways when u cast it doesn't make any sound |
