Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | I'll be there fishing during it again, but not in the tourney. I will be there just to listen to Shep cry as he goes by as we net a fish, telling us about the one that got away..........hehehe....oh......wait... that was last year. Shep isn't going to lose $$$ fish this year right???

Posts: 1185 Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | 50 boats will be a busy river. Shep, don't forget to take the little net out and put the big one in. You won't need it but it would look bad to show up with a bait net.

Posts: 5874 | Well, I'm one for two on that body of water in muskie events. And the first one, I quit early, I had such a big lead on you, RH! hehehe The big net was in the boat for all my GB tourneys this year. I used it several times on big eyes. It still does the job on big fish. No crying this year, as I'm better prepared to fish with Wade! And 50 boats isn't that busy. Well compared to what it was like before I took you out, Jo, that is a lot of boats. About what was on that other secret place this spring. hehehe Edited by Shep 9/25/2007 1:14 PM

Posts: 723 | My guess is.... since 16 boats last year put 47 fish in the boat during that tourney, this year, 50 boats with put 13 fish on the board. just my speculation, and out of those 13, joe and I will prolly have 10. good luck to all. Im in it for the door prizes!

Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | Shep, I was simply mistaken in our first contest(the muskiejugs event that needs to be revitalized on a weekeday again..). I thought we were going for just big fish, which I wrapped up early, and just screwed off the rest of the day....hehehehehe. I'll have to put my numbers boots on next time around. hpefully, we meet up at the same eat spot after, though... Edited by Reef Hawg 9/26/2007 5:16 PM

Posts: 941 Location: Freedom, WI | hodaghawg - Muskie inc tourney on the Fox river and lower Green Bay. I do not fish hardly any tourneys and I was talked into fishing this one. It should be fun though, I know a bunch of the guys that signed up for it.

Posts: 12 | I'm in, if for no other reason, to harrass some of the other contestants, like Roger, Shane, Shep, and Joe. It should be a good time and it's goo to see that the tourney filled up this year. Rick

Posts: 5874 | Jo, how you gonna make through the day without a nip when you net a fish? hehehe Yes, harrassment on the river! Like that never happens. Muhahaha I just hope the judge boats keep their mouths closed this year. See you all at the meeting Friday night.

Posts: 1185 Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | Shep, I'll have a bottle waiting for the end of the day and it will be catch up time. Not to mention celebrate time that we waxed your butt. I caught 17 over 34" this year, how about you?

Posts: 1185 Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | Getting close to the weekend that Shep needs to keep track of how many fish he catches. Should be a great event. The river will be busy with 50 tourney boats. The cold should curb the fun boats. I sure am glad the weather cooled off. Last Saturday was a hot one out there. Fishing was slow but the bikini's were out and so were my binoculars. Edited by Jomusky 10/10/2007 10:09 PM
