Location: Stevens Point, WI | Has anyone used the self tightning ratchet straps that mount on their trailer? I saw some at Fleet Farm and I think it might be a better option than the Tuffy straps that I have. My straps have the back flap that is designed to reduce rubbing against the transom, but they get loose even after a short trip. Do the self ratcheters hold up? |

Location: Stevens Point, Wi. | Derek, have had a pair on my 1700 for 3 years now- still working great. I would never go back to removable ones. |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Those ratchet straps do a very good job! They are so convient and are made to put up with the elements. Highly suggest them. |
