Posts: 2361 | I was sure the info was up here somewhere but I cannot find it. We have kodak photoshop with jpgs aprox 740 kbs how do we get them from there to here? BTW this probably exceeds my "need to know" about technology by aprox. a mile or two.

Posts: 7039 Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | The simple, easy way, if you have MS Paint that is: Open Programs Open Accssories Open Paint Hit File Hit Open Find the pic you want to minimize, open it there Click on Image Click on stretch and skew Then change 100% and 100% to 80/80 As the picture gets smaller....you are resizing.... they need to be smaller than 400kb

Posts: 364 Location: Kentucky | FSF, You need to click Browse then go to the folders then the file of the picture. If you're not sure where that is on your hard drive, if it's WinXP, you can click Start/Search/For Files and Folders then Pictures. Check pictures to filter for those and when you find the image you can hover over it with the mouse. That will show you the path of the folders/file. Click your Browse button here when trying to post and drill down to that file. Hope that works for ya...

Posts: 2361 | My error was not saving the file from editting it in paint. Once I did that I could put it in the right place. Still needed to open it before sending it. Wallah, my son's first musky from two years ago, on one of those too rare days of many active fish. Thanks Slamr, you should have that all posted up with the reminder to save the file once it is editted in paint and to give it a unique name, select it as a jpeg or jpg and open it to finally get it to post, and thanks Mike.
