Random quote: I will actually get up before breakfast. Slamr will see. I will be fishing earlier than he has ever seen. Which, I might add, is not all that early.

I am wanting to buy some crankbait lips and Moores is closed until the end of the month! I tried Stamina, Barlows and Janns and none of them have the size I am needing. Any of you guys have another source? I hate cutting them myself.

thx.

That's what I thought.........a two week closure? Well, I guess if they can do it good for them.

River Run is the company that makes lips for Moores, Stamina, R&H, etc.
However, Paul and Lorretta are hard to get in touch with.
Dick Moore takes more days off than the post office! LOL

Jed,

I have a company down the road that will be cutting my lips. Very easy to work with, can cut any shape on 1/8-1/4" lexan and decent pricing.

I can tell you first hand that the Instigator can cut nice lips. They are making some lips for me that are made to fit the wider bodies that I use and it makes less work for me. Him and the fellow that runs the lazer are serious Muskie fisherman with many big fish to there credit. So for them it is more than just a job. I do believe they could cut out flat sided bodies if you are interested (you would have to ask him), they do look a little toasty but are perfect size and shape everytime.
