Location: Pewaukee WI | I was told you could tent anywhere on Canadas land as long as you have a 10$ permit. I'm not to confident in my source though and don't want to end up in da clink. Anyone have expireince with this? |

| 4 years ago on LOTW, we just found a good spot and set up shop. All we needed was the camping permit.
There are a few designated camping spots, but we found more fun in making our own. |

| I'm heading up tomorrow morning and will be "Crown land" camping on LOTW for four nights. There are certain areas on which non-residents can't camp. A $10 permit is what you need for each night. |
