The first few times, Shumway maraboo doesn't seem to run as bad, either way there both great baits just be carefull the first few times you use them.

thanks i have the shumway flasher and the skirt dosnt seem as full as the mepps

I like both. My Mepps bleed some and my orange Shumway bleed some also. Not as bad some lures though. Some stuff bleeds the colors off like they are dieing.

And if you fish with a certain someone you get asked if you want to use a Mepps or a Candyspin. And when you finally agree and give in you become a total Candyspin freak and caught a personal best and hose up 6 or 7 others and get a dorky nickname!
