Rhinelander will never be the same!

The Comfort Inn and Worrall's Hideout are the Headquarters for the MuskieFIRST Rhinelander Outing beginning this morning. Lambeau rounded up the early arrivals and distributed a map set for the area lakes.

It looks like sunny skies and warm temps, with some cooler temps moving in tomorrow. Tonight we will have an orientation meeting for new arrivals at 8 PM at the Comfort Inn, and fireside conversation after dark at the Hideout. Morning meetings begin at 6 AM in the Comfort Inn parking Lot to set boat and angler matches for the day. Tomorrow night, Chuck Nelson will be offering a reel clinic and his famous salmon and sides in the Comfort Inn meeting room. Saturday, Tuffy Boats and OutdoorsFIRST are sponsoring Pizza for the crew.

Beav supplied a special selection of Perkettes, Snowcrest provided a selection of lures, and Nelson's has provided a selection. Largest fish takes home a Worrall's Woodworking ( Brian Worrall) plaque.

Watch for the Rhinelander Outing photo album tonight with new photos added daily through the end of the Outing Saturday.

I wish I was there this morning instead of here at work! But I'll be there tonight!

Have fun everyone. It must suck to have to miss work, but I'm glad someone's willing to do it. The NE WI economy needs support too.

There will always be a plan, it just evolves.

Good luck all, I hope to get out on Pelican some Sat and Sun. My wife and I are staying at my parents place on Meckanac point, to celebrate our Anniversary (without the kids or my parents) If you see my Green and Gold Ranger stop and say high.

That is if your out on the DEAD sea!

We also may be up on the Three Lakes and Eagle River Chain doing a cruise. I'll look for the Tuffy armada.

Nail Some Pigs!

Happy Anniversary, Mike!

I would add that if you see Mike's boat, but nobody visible in it, you might toot the horn as you approach! hehehe

Looks like this is going to be a great outing. Wish I was able to get up there, but I got the Merc Nats this weekend. Have a great time to all MFer's.
