| The RC car guys have a line avaliable for them to spray their car bodies. Look into that online and I think you will find it is pretty easy to make one yourself for alot less money............Good Luck Doug Bradley

Location: Janesville | I want today and I was going to build one myself and to build one is still alot and a hassel to find all the spiecal blower fans and to have sheet metal bent.I would be around 3-4 hundered . To much to piant a few lures. Still looking around I will find something. |

| I use a two door wood cabinet mounted on a bench at a comfortable level for spraying. For a blower I use a wood dust collector blower unit from Menards with plastic dust tubing attatched at the top although I think a back mount with screen cover would be better. Guys it does not need to be compex, it could be as simple as a cardboard box hooked up to a shopvac with the exhaust air going outside. Use your imagination .............Good Luck Doug Bradley |

Location: Hastings, mn, 55033 | depending on what types of paint you are using you may not want use a shop vac or similar. the solvent based paints and epoxys have flammable fumes which makes it best to use an explosion proof blower motor. with the water based paints you'd be ok. some will tell you the chances of ignition are slim, but i'd rather be safe than sorry.
check out dixieart.com or dickblick.com for small spray booths. they have a few running from a little under $200 to about $500 i think. or if your looking for something a little more substantial try grizzly industrial. they have a couple bigger floor standing units for around $1500.
or if building your own spend the extra $$ and get an explosion proof motor. |

| Good point Castmaster, waterbased is not a problem and as slim of chance of explosion, an explosion proof motor or a blower system with the blower inside its own housing is a good idea. Doug Bradley |

| Get an exhaust fan for a stove for a mobile home.
Easy to put in, and I've been running the same one for over 4 years and it only costs about a hundred bucks. |

Location: Janesville | Well I got the spray booth done and it only cost me around 40.00 bucks I went to a heating and air cooling place and ask if I could buy a squrrel cage blower from them and they gave me one use one and it cost me nothing. Will start to pour some new rubber baits this week. It also makes a good venting system for melting rubber. Thanks everyone for there input on how to build it . Matt |

Location: Minnesota | Build a box with a bathroom fan and a hose to the outside. If you still need more sucktion add another fan. Most of the bathroom fans I have seen already have a 110 plugs on them. |
