Location: Chicago western burbs | Anyone ever fish out of a lund alaskan 1800? How did it handle in big waters? Was it controlable in wind? Comfortable to fish out of? Was there any problems in launching? Is this too much boat for two people? Guys, thanks for any info positive or negative you can give me on this boat. |

Location: Chicago western burbs | No more deciding. I bought one, however, I put a 50 honda tiller on it. Should be enough to get me around. Id like to get a gps / fishfinder on it. Do you recommend a unit that could be used on Eagle? Are there any out there that have the lake on it, along with some of its hazards? Id also like to have Lac Seul on it too if possible.

Location: vermilion bay, ontario | i just got my lms332c,had a hell of a time installing it since they sent me one wrong attachment,so still havn,t been able to use the gps part of it,hope to next week.it has some of canada on it but not very good, will have to buy one of the mmc cards i guess, its a rackett ehhhhh, buy something and then you have to buy more to get it work smoother.i hear its a good unit though,if you need help on eagle ,you have my number.the fifty should be good enough,as long as it is proped right, and you can reach max rpm,or it will just be labouring and suck the fuel down.let me know how it goes. |
