| Has anyone used the Sufix Performance Braid fishing line? If you have can you tell me if you like it. My local tackle shop is trying to talk me in to using it and switching from Power Pro. Any info would be great.
Thanks

Location: London, England | It's hard to believe it could be significantly "better" than Power pro, after all, they're all made of the same stuff, it's just the weaving of the threads that makes a difference and PP seems to be about the best yet. Maybe it's as good and cheaper though? If it is cheaper, you could be a brave pioneer and try it out, but if it's priced about the same there's nothing to be gained and plenty of opportunity to fall on your face! |

| I know some guys who have caught hundreds of fish with Power Pro, and will never switch. I use it, although I catch much less fish, and I also have not had a single issue with it. I usually use 40-80lb strength, but will try some 100lb this year. Good fishing. |

| Hey Tim
I spooled one reel with the Sufix today. The price is about the same. The major difference that I could see with out using the product is how smooth it is compared Power Pro.( I have PP on all of my other reels) The person at the tackle shop told me he is getting a lot of good feedback on the line. I guess I will have to see. It is hard to switch from PP.
