Posts: 4266 | If you look at some of the posts in the basement bulders forum and the general discussion, you will see that I've got some chrome/pearl Shad and Smelt type lures that will be ready by the end of next week. These are "Perkettes". like having a 7" perch in your hand. I also have some perch, some that are Hyper colored, and some regular. I have some bluegill shaped lures that are Chromed in Shad and some that are Hyper-colored Bluegill and some pearl/black bars/ black back/silver scale. Some more Perkettes that are gold or green back with fine grey scale that can be chromed if you wish. e-mail me at [email protected] if you are interested in any of those, or if you have color requests for Perkas....that I should start painting in 2 or 3 weeks after I get the smaller stuff done. Also, a very limited edition of Super Beaverturd Flaptails. 7+" long, 1" diameter face that was left flat in the center so it plows water while the rear end flips back and forth as the blade kicks out. These will be signed and numbered, all in "Blackgold Hyper Black Chrome." Limited number left tobe reserved. Attached is a pic of some of the Perkettes. The front row is the Chromed Shads and Hyper-colored Perch. The 3 in the back are the regular vintage. Let me know if you're interested. Posts: 4266 | I have about 20 more lures that I am going to use one chrome effect or another on....except for the Megaturds......so I'll be painting regular patterns starting next week or so. Perch, Sucker, Carp, Chat/Orange and all sorts of combos of the two. Here's your chance to stand up and yell at me and let me know what colors you want to see. Guys that fished Indiana last year yelled for pearl, and they are getting it. Give me a shout, whether here or by e-mail, and you tell me what you'd like to see so I'm not wasting my time doing 20 pink with purple polka-dots or other things like that. I have a bunch of Perkas, and about 75 Perkettes to do, along with some 5" little goodies. I'll be sending some of my stuff to Stan Durst if that is your preference, so let me know.
