Hey guys,

Hoping you can help me locate an excellent article written by Doug Johnson maybe 3 to 5 months ago. I think he wrote it for In-Fisherman (may have been Esox Angler). The article broke down key Canadian (lotw) locations, based on such factors as... land slope angle of the island, directional orientation (southwest facing bays), vegetation clues (fragmities ? "frags")... etc. Lots of photos to illustrate what he was talking about if I remember correctly. Do you know which article, and which magazine (volume number) I'm talking about? I want to read that article again, but I can't seem to find it in my collection of back issues. Somebody please point me in the right direction.

Thanks.

I think the artical you are looking for is in March, 2001 In-Fisherman. Page 38 "Spot Indicators for Shield Lake Muskies" by Doug Johnson.
