Looking to get a new buzzbait. Who makes the best one?

I've got several Boogerman's. They are loud and hold up to fish well. I'm constantly adjusting mine so the blade just ticks the metal body. When I fish with MarkH it drives him nuts. He's suggested several times that I just bang a garbage can lid around.

The bogermans work great and what is nice about them is you can work them much slower than most buzz baits. ASnother buzzer that makes a ton of noise are those twin buzz spinnerbaits. not sure who makes them but they are a side by side style.

I am partial to a TNT cyclops. They have an unbelievable sound that is very unique, and they drive the fish bonkers. You can even fish it sub-surface with great results. Jason Bovee

Hands down.....Joe Buchers Slopmaster.
Double counter-rotating blades with a clacker. Flat head.
Comes over and through just about anything.
Good hook and stout wire.
Me try 'em, me like 'em.

Hiya,

Depends on if you want an inline or spinnerbait style. I prefer inlines unless I'm fishing in rushes/slop. For inlines, Windels makes a good one, or CJs. CJs are really great buzzbaits. Grim Reaper makes a good one too. If you want the best one ever made, go on Ebay and find a Marathon Musky Hawk. Not very durable, but wow did they catch fish...

For safety pin styles, Boogermans are ok at best. Sound good, but don't hold up very well. Couple fish and they're usually history. Get a Hi-Jacker from Jack Shriver. They were built to haul fish out of the rushes on Leech and they're durable as all get out. Plus a rubber skirt rather than bucktail, so much easier to cast in any kind of wind.

Cheers
