a number of people have asked me for contact information on Baitmaker Tackle topwaters.

they're made by Rich Jaroch out of WI Rapids, and i believe they're top quality.
the sound the "motion commotion" globe makes is soooo cool.

he can be contacted at [email protected]

he makes standard 8 1/2" and oversized globes and also has an 11" jointed creeper.
available with or without hook spreaders.

First off I would like to thank Lambeau for the kind words. I also would like those who have recently tried my web pages that I closed them down because of expenses.

I have one of the Globes and just love it.
It does not roll.
I've got my blades tuned to do a good gurgle at a slow/medium speed.
The center tube is square and gives off a good "click" sound.
For some reason, this bait doesn't seem to foul or bind up the spinning section like some do.
My hookups are great for a topwater.
Rick does a great job.

Can't comment on the Creeper's.

In reply on the action to my creepers; they swim just like most creepers swim, left right, left right, however the tail end of the lures have 2 totally different types of propellers. These rotate in opposite directions. As a bonus, they also tap against each other to make a 'tink' sound. You actually get at least 3 sounds to the lure and with the jointed you can get 4. You get the plop plop of the swimming arms, the gurgle of the props turning in opposite directions, then the tink, and finally with the jointed lure you can make the 2 halves knock against each other. This is a bit more difficult because it is controled with 'your retrieve speed'.

I have known Rick for several years now, and actually helped him with the prototype globes. I am lucky enough to have one of the first ones, and it runs like a top!!! Rick used to specialize in spinner type lures, and I depended on him for most of my wierd creations. See, he could take my ideas, and put them to work. I have caught some of my biggest Muskies over the past decade on ricks spinners, and now his topwaters have taken off where his spinners left off. The one thing nice about Rick, is that he will listen to you, the customer. He will modify and make changes till things are just right. if you don't own any of his lures, check one out soon!
