| Sponge, Glad to hear everything is turning out for you! Many people are playing Doc with you so I also want to add a program that hopefully won't be as traumatizing as some of those drastic life altering procedures. Use caution and good judgement as far as the ol' ticker is concerned, as I'm not a practicing Doc, but I did do 1st Aid on a dog once, when I was brave, back in my drunkered years. Seems like only yesterday though... Ah... yeah... I guess it was yesterday.
You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become
more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

| Thanks mucho for the encouragement peeps! I'm more normal than I've ever been Dawg, amxidu am biahu I not...?  Taint giving up dem GRITS Stever; just can't add 4 stix of butter/onion salt and a half bottle of Tabasco.  Thanks for the laugh GUEST; a true gooder one! Took me awhile to scroll back up, but I gotta start somewhere...on a sadder note, 2 more family friends have died since Friday, and I gotta thank GOD I wasn't in the mix this time. Like Worrallster has always said, life is way too short, and we need to take care of ourselves and others while we can, and I can honestly say the folks on here walk the walk when it comes to caring, both in the past and present. Though I rarely show it, I've faced some knee bucklin' probs recently, both mentally and physically as we all do or will, and truely am grateful for you guys, each and every one. I only hope I can help someone in the future as I have been helped. Me wish now is that all will support Baby Mason's family, as their pain is far greater than can be imagined... |
