Location: Verona, WI | I brush all of mine on. I use a sanding sealer from Minwax and then I brush on three coats of Bullseye sealer. I like the three coats of sealer as it also reduces the amount of sanding I have to do on the lure.

| I've been using House of Kolor Ko-Seal, primer and sealer in one. I use my airbrush to spray it on, and then just go over the lure with a little steel wool. The drawback is that is must be mixed with a catalyst, and that really shortens the pot life, so I am forced to paint in small batches, about 10 lures at a time. It dries hard as a rock, but is made for other HOK products to adhere to it. It does a great job of both priming and sealing.
I'm checking into a new product that is a primer/sealer and would allow me to thin it out and dip the lures, really speeding up the process and production time for me.
