Posts: 2361 | When would you be there and how far would you consider nearbye? There are some other options in Tn and eastern KY. Green River is closest though, see Columbia on your map and it will be 7 miles to put in on the lake.

Posts: 73 Location: Hazard KY | Green river is can be awsome in late march early april. but only 15 miles from bowlinggreen is green river the river is very large and so are the muskies. the river fish will be in laydowns and around wing dams. large gliders like widow makers and cobbs work well. green river lake is about a hour and a half to 2 hours away from BG. They will be on a minnow bait bite on wind blown beaches in 10 to 1 ft of water. top lures to bring small gliders, ratle traps, crane baits, ss shads, red fins, salmo minnows, shallow dawgs.suicks. good luck Chris Haley Buckhorn guide service www.kentuckymuskie.com 606-438-7337

Location: Green Bay, WI | Pointer, If you end up in Orlando give me a shout. I will take you out for some fishing here on the intercoastal waterway... Maybe we can hookup with a 30-40 inch Redfish. It's not a musky, but it isn't a minnow either. TB

Posts: 2361 | Well PP if that is where you wanna go... However as a fully vested UWSP graduate I would try and get you hooked up if you decided to come down to the KY part of WI. Let us know what your plans are. Seems kind of bizarre listening to somebody going to school in Point talk about "trying to get down to IL to fish musky" gosh, it almost makes me retch!!
